Our Client vs Vodafone Limited

Our client approached our case team with a matter that they wanted dealt with, Our client had taken out services with Vodafone Limited but they never delivered the services and then passed a debt of £47.00 over to a third party company.

The debt was reported onto our clients credit report, Our case team took all the details and attempted to speak to the third party company but our team were obstructed and criminal offences were committed when the third party company identified themselves as court assigned bailiffs. This matter has been filed with the Crown Prosocution Service under a private case for criminal charges.

Our case team discussed the options with our client and our client instructed us to take the matter to small claims court, the claim was submitted and served upon Vodafone Limited.

We are pleased to release that the matter has been resolved without further litigation or cost to our client, Vodafone Limited reached out to our team and after alot of back and forth we were able to come to a settlement.

• Pay third party costs of £35.00
• Pay legal costs of £2,896.63
• The debt to be wrote off and removed from our clients credit file with no impact.
